What is Remote Support?

Remote computer repair support allows us to remotely view your computer screen and securely fix most computer right through the Internet via remote control. What this means is that when you 'log in to our secure online support center', you can allow a technical support representative to 'view' and 'interact' with your computer remotely via the Web - fixing problems fast.

By viewing and interacting with your computer directly through the Internet, we can complete the work in much less time, saving you money. There's no need to schedule an in-home visit or taking your computer to a local repair shop (also expensive and time consuming).

How much does it cost?

We firstly charge a fixed fee non-refundable labour cost of only $ 20.00 to diagnose the problem. We will perform a full hardware, software and virus check so that any hidden costs are minimised. The diagnostic cost includes collection of the computer to continue diagnosis if required depending on the issue we are diagnosing.

Once we have complete the diagnosis remotely, we will contact you to tell you what the problems are and what we need to do to fix it. If the problem can be fixed remotely, we charge in addition a fixed fee labour cost of $ 30.00 to repair the issue if you wish to proceed. If the computer was collected to diagnose, we will again contact you to tell you what the problems are and what we need to do to fix it. The costs will include an additional fixed fee labour cost depending on the problem and include any costs for parts which you can then decide to proceed.

You can register for year-long maintenance of your pc at the cost $ 50.00.

Is the connection secure?

The software used uses a 128-bit encrypted connection between your computer and the technician's computer. In this way, you have set up a unique one-to-one session that no one else can view or access during the session. That ensures your security and privacy.

In addition, you are in control the whole time. Only you can initiate a remote support session and you can end a session by simply closing the support window on your desktop. Further still, all connections are recorded so any actions can be backtracked and reviewed.
